UDIN virtual textures appear to have row 0 (U coordinate [0 - 1) swapped to the other side of the texture vertically.
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open

2. On the plane in the default map (/Game/Test/TestLevel), observe that there is a 0 in the upper-left corner, of the grid, and a 0 on the right side of the second row.
3. Open the texture asset, /Game/Test/DebugTile. Observe that it has a 0 in the bottom left and the top right, and that the bottom row in the texture is the top row in the world, with the rest of the ordering unchanged.
4. Open and observe the material /Game/Test/DebugTile_Mat. It only scales the UVs to show the whole virtual texture.
