Word Count increases dramatically when Make Post Process is added to Level Blueprint

When you add the Make PostProcessSettings node to the Level Blueprint without connecting it to any other node, the Word Count jumps from 657 to 2870. Removing the node and initiating a level save will return the word count to 657.

1. Open a First Person Blueprint Project with No Starter Content
2. Turn on the Localization Dashboard in Engine Preferences
3. Open the Localization Dashboard
4. In the Game Target, select Gather from Packages
5. Under Gather from Packages, Include the Path Wildcard for the root directory
6. Add a New Culture, any will do I used German.
7. Gather All
8. In the Level Blueprint, add a Make Post Process Settings node
9. Compile and Save Level
10. Back in Locailzation Dashboard, Gather All again

RESULTS: The Word count jumps from 657 to 2870.

EXPECTED: Since the node is not even connected, no word count increase.
