Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Lyra and PIE in L_DefaultEditorOverview
  2. Navigate to the Shooter Test performance test map
  3. Fire on one of the opponents, and notice the damage numbers appear
  4. Enter the debug cam with ";"
  5. Notice the number still display when in debug cam
  6. Enter the player view again with ";"
  7. Fire on the opponent again

RESULT

The damage number is no longer visible. Attaching the Niagara debugger will show that the particle spawns and is simulated, but is not being drawn in the player's view. Switching back to debug after firing will display the numbers again. Note that impact effects for the character still displays in the player view.
