A licensee has reported an issue with jitter when playing animations on an actor translated far from the origin (300000.0 units).  This repros on the First Person Template.  The issue is more obvious on the attached mesh but jitter can also be seen on some of the skeletal mesh bones ([Link Removed]) which makes me think it's a decompression/evaluation issue.  By default this template uses the old compressors and switching to ACL improves, but doesn't eliminate, the problem

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the [Link Removed]
  2. Open FirstPersonMap
  3. PIE
  4. Move over the weapon to pick it up
  5. Note how there is a subtle jitter on the weapon
  6. Eject from the pawn
  7. Enter 'showflag.bones 1' if not already active
  8. Navigate the camera to have a close up view on the right hand so you can see the hand bones and gun bones
    1. Note how the right hand bones jitter as well as the gun bones
