The TSR History Rejection buffer develops a grid-like artifact over translucent, camera-facing
planes.
1. Download Licensee test case and open: https://udn.unrealengine.com/s/contentdocument/069QP0000071dBNYAY
2. Make new "Basic" level, and delete the ground mesh (grid texture on ground can cause extra noise)
3. Place particles "/Game/Prototyping/Art/Environments/_TST/huisiyue/VFX/InteractItems/TST_VFX_CollectionItems_Arrow.uasset" in level
4. Press "G" to enter Game view
5. Run “vis TSR.HistoryRejection UV2” to see the TSR History Rejection buffer
6. Observe the grid pattern in the buffer where the translucent particles are. Notice that the grid is fixed in screenspace. It can be easier to see when slowly orbiting the camera around the particles.
