Description

When Text in umg is moving the drop show for that text lags behind the text itself. This can cause a flickering effect.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the attached project
  2. Play in editor
  3. Notice that the drop shadow appears to flicker slightly when moving

Expected: The drop shadow would follow the text and retain the same offset
Result: The drop shadow disappears behind the text itself
