Description

Some PCG nodes have translated properties, which will cause wires to be cut.
This is why things PCG biome sample maps do not work correctly in CJK language settings.
The workaround is to set the language to English or remove the translations of the relevant strings in Editor.locres via Localization Dashboard.

In English :

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project with blank template
  2. Open editor preference
  3. Set Editor language to Japanese (or Chinese or Korean) in Region and Language category
  4. Open plugin window
  5. Enable All PCG & PCG biome plugin
  6. Restart the editor
  7. Open Engine/Plugins/PCGBiomeSample/Maps/BiomeSampleLevel
  8. Move any PCG volume or splines to regenerate PCG content

Result:

Almost all PCG content is lost and the PCG framework does not work properly.
