Description

When setting a project to only use dynamic lighting with the console variable r.AllowStaticLighting=false, the rendering of a Skeletal Mesh in Persona is corrupted.

r.AllowStaticLighting=False:
in Persona -

r.AllowStaticLighting=True
in Persona -

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a New Third Person Blueprint Project with No Starter Content
  2. Open the DefaultEngine.ini, change the r.AllowStaticLighting variable to FALSE
  3. Restart the Project
  4. Open the UE4 Mannequin in Persona, after Shaders compile. If opened before Shaders have finished compiling, close and reopen.

RESULTS: Incorrect rendering of Model and Environment in Persona (see the rAllowStaticLightingFALSE.jpg attached above)

EXPECTED: Correct Rendering of Model and Environment in Persona (see the rAllowStaticLightingTRUE.jpg attached above)
