This is an issue with the collision toggle causing the character capsule to start colliding with the animated mesh, when it would normally ignore it.
Using SetCollisionObjectType at runtime to change the collision channel of a character results in different results than expected.

Result: The two moving characters walk into each other but one walks over the other
Expected: The characters should walk toward each other and collide into each other without one being pushed into the air
