Licensee reports a difference in behaviour in instanced blueprints containing SplineComponents from 5.3 to 5.4, with respect to whether a placed blueprint containing spline component instance can be edited or not.
Specifically, in 5.3, the Override Construction Script option on the Spline Component is disabled in the blueprint, but automatically enabled when you create an instance. In 5.4 it's not automatically enabled, meaning that the spline cannot be edited until it's enabled manually.
