When a blueprint actor with a child actor component is placed in a level, and the child actor component is set as editor-only, the output log will show a validation error when the actor is moved and then saved.
This was not happening until 5.4.
1. Create a blueprint actor.
2. Add a child actor component, and set its class as PlayerStart for example.
3. Set the child actor component as editor-only.
4. Place the bp actor in a level.
5. Save the level and notice that a validation error will appear in the output log.
