Description

Users cannot click widgets components when the user has enabled "Use Mouse for Touch"

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add button to the designer tab
  4. Compile and save
  5. Create a new actor blueprint
  6. Add a Widget Component
  7. Set the Widget Class for the Widget Component to the widget blueprint that was just created
  8. Set the "Space" for the widget component to Screen space
  9. Add the actor to the level
  10. Compile and save
  11. Set "Use Mouse for Touch" to true
    Project settings > Input > set "Use Mouse for Touch" to true
  12. Play in Editor
  13. Try to click the button
  14. Notice that the button cannot be clicked

Expected: The widget component button could be clicked
Result: The button cannot be clicked with the "Use Mouse For Touch" option turned on
