Enabling 'Expand Configuration Menus' removes Plug-Ins from Edit dropdown

The PlugIns menu item under Edit will disappear if 'Expand Configuration Menus' is set to true.

PlugIns still visible under Settings.

2. Open Editor Preferences
3. Under Appearance, Check 'Expand Configuration Menus' to true
4. Click on the Edit Menu
