It seems that the FConsoleVariableDelegate used with CVars in AnimationBudgetAllocatorCVars.cpp does not get called when values get set initially from ini (e.g. DefaultEngine.ini) so dependent values (in this case
AutoCalculatedSignificanceMaxDistanceSqr) are not updated correctly.
