Exporting LOD's from editor only gives LOD0

Can't export more than one LOD level from editor.

1. Create a static mesh with a couple LOD levels
2. Open a new project
3. Import the Static Mesh
4. Export the Static Mesh
5. Open Static Mesh in a modeling program

Expected : All LOD groups present
Result : LOD0 is the only group attached to the mesh
