Cannot "hit" character in example 1.2 of the PhysicalAnimation map in Content Examples
Does not occur in 4.8.3
1. Create a Content Examples project in 4.9.2
2. Open it and then open the PhysicalAnimation map
3. PIE (may have to play in standalone game due to PIE crash on this map...bugging this now and will include jira ticket here)
4. Attempt to follow the instructions for Example 1.2
Result: Cannot "hit" the character.
Expected: Arms flinch a little bit (physics) and then return to the normal animation.
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
