StaticMesh reimport: socket List not refresh if the count is the same

Import attach SocketAbc.fbx

open the static mesh editor

look at the socket manager

Reimport the static mesh with a new file use SocketDef.fbx

RESULT: socket list is not updated, can crash if a garbage collect is call

EXPECTED: socket list is updated
