'Create Compressed Cooked Packages' option within Project Settings > Packaging menu does not create a smaller package size on Mac and it does not change the size on Windows packages.
1. Create a new blank project without starter content
2. Package it for Mac or Windows
3. Go into Edit > Project Settings > Package and check the box for 'Create compressed cooked packages'
4. Package it for Mac or Windows again in a different folder
Result: There is a large size difference in the Mac packages and not a size difference at all for the Windows packages.
Expected: The uncompressed cooked packages should be larger than those compressed with this function.
