Description

A player cannot move heavier GC objects even if we have a valid setup due to the GC not reporting the correct mass. 

Steps to Reproduce

Example project which illustrates the issue in UDN ticket.

  1. Scale up the GC to be a large ball
  2. Tick Enable Physics Interaction and Touch/Push forces scaled to mass

The forces are not scaled due to the GC reporting an incorrect mass. 

There is a workaround in CL36399421 which could be used to fix the issue
