A REINST error occurs in widgets reference one another

If the user has two widgets (widgetA and WidgetB) and they use widgetB inside of WidgetA via the user created section and then they alter widgetB the reference to WidgetB will show a REINST Error.

1. Open the Editor
2. Create two Widget blueprints (WidgetA and WidgetB)
3. Open WidgetA
4. Drag WidgetB into the designer tab of WidgetA via the user created section
5. Open the event graph
6. Create the blueprint in the attached image
7. Save and compile
8. Open WidgetB
9. Add a variable to Widget B
10. Compile and save
11. Open WidgetA
12. Notice that the reference to WidgetB has an error

Expected: The reference would not have an error
Result: The reference shows an error
