While a Custom Event's delegate pin is connected to anything its details are not visible in the Details panel. Tested with an empty reroute node as noted below as well as a Set Timer node.
Reproduced in 4.8.3 binary, 4.9.2 binary, and Main (CL 2742657)
1. Open any project
2. Create a new Actor Blueprint
3. Create a Custom Event
4. Drag off the output delegate pin
5. Create a reroute node
6. Click on the Custom Event node
Result:
While the delegate pin is connected to anything, even an empty reroute node, no details of the event are visible in the Details panel
Delay nodes occasionally don't fire the "Completed" output in a nativized build
