Ghosting effect of fast moving objects in Lumen

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached repro project (found in related UDN, as file size exceeds Jira limit)
  2. Select on one of the translucent widgets
  3. Move it around the scene
  4. Observe ghosting artifacts trailing the widget
