Area lights are not only Rec Light but also Point Light, Spot Light, Directional Light those having some Radius or Angles.
The Reflection should be occluded in the lumen scene , but currently the light's own reflection is overlayed on top of everything. It will cause significant reflection leaking and inaccuracy in some cases.
HWRT and Hit Lighting for reflection do not help.
