Shadows get attenuated by Volumetric Fog excessively on mobile

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the "MyProject" from the attachment and open the project.
  2. Change the preview to mobile.
  3. Set the r.VolumetricFog 1 in the console command window.
  4. See the difference between the Desktop and Mobile preview.
