Additive Niagara Sprites are rendered with offset in right eye

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download Repro Project in Additional Info (VR Template w. Niagara Particle system that repro the issue)
  2. In Project/Builds/ there's an .apk for Meta Quest that can be installed to debug on device

Results: The particle sprites are displayed with a strange offset in the right eye

Expected: The particle sprites look the same in both eyes
