Description

Shown in the Behaviour Tree Graph, if the Dropdown menu's length exceeds the Behavior Tree Graph window, the menu will try to offset it's position in order to display all information and will flicker back and forth between the "fix" position and "back" position.

Steps to Reproduce

Was not able to reproduce on our Macbook Pro, but here are the user's repro steps:
1. Open a project that incorporates a Behavior Tree
2. Open a Behaviour Tree that includes a sequence
3. Right-click on graph background to select "Add Decorator"
4. Position this window so that the next scrolling dropdown menu's length will exceed the the bottom of the Behavior Tree graph as you scroll through options *see attached image 2
RESULT: If you are able to succeed in pushing this beyond the background Behavior Tree graph, the dropdown/scrolling menu will continuously flicker
EXPECTED: Dropdown menu to remain constant and not flicker
