Steps to Reproduce

Create a new VR Template
Add a Moveable Spotlight to the scene that lights up the table
Set r.Mobile.EnableMovableSpotlightsShadow to 1 (DefaultEngine.ini, or in Project Settings)
Package and deploy to Quest
Grab and move the pistols or cubes in front of the light

Results: Shadows are only rendered in the left eye

Expected: Shadows are rendered in both eyes
