Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new VR Template
  2. Add a Moveable Spotlight to the scene that lights up the table
  3. Set r.Mobile.EnableMovableSpotlightsShadow to 1 (DefaultEngine.ini, or in Project Settings)
  4. Package and deploy to Quest
  5. Grab and move the pistols or cubes in front of the light

Results: Shadows are only rendered in the left eye

Expected: Shadows are rendered in both eyes
