GeometryCollection's root proxy doesn't support complex tracing

1. Create a Geometry Collection in the scene, turn on 'Use Static Mesh Collision for Traces' in its detail pannel.
2. Add a mesh with both simple and complex collision as root proxy in the Geometry Collection Asset, and on the proxy mesh, set it's Collision Complexity to 'Use Complex Collision As Simple'
3. When doing line traces, we cannot trace to the complex collision.
