Description

Adding Screen Space reflections to a Translucent Material Causes black reflections. Sometimes the reflections are completely white and do not change when changing the intensity of the lighting.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. ) Create a blank Test Project
  2. ) Add a Cube to the scene
  3. ) Add a Screen Space Reflection, Translucent, Surface Translucency Volume enabled Material to this cube
  4. ) Add a post processing volume to the scene and set it to Unbound
  5. ) Make sure SSR is enabled for this volume
  6. ) Add a .5 constant to the base of the previously made material. Give the material 0 roughness and 1 for metallic. Constants can be used for both of these values as well.
  7. ) Add a Reflection Capture Cube and a Skylight to the scene

Expected : Accurate reflections from the material on the cube
Result : Black reflections and blown out reflections
