When reducing the Resolution Scale the selection accuracy is reduced greatly, and makes it difficult to click and move objects in the viewport when PIE or Simulating.
1. In a blank project within the viewport navigate to Settings > Engine Scalability Settings > Resolution Scale
2. Set the slider to a value like 50%
3. Place a simple static mesh in the scene
3. Simulate in the viewport and attempt to select the static mesh.
Outcome - Selecting the mesh is very difficult and the accuracy is off.
Expected - The resolution changes the image, but has not affect on selection accuracy.
