Pausing PIE does not stop timelines from running if players is set to more than 1.

Reproduced in 4.9.2 binary, 4.10.0 binary, and Main (CL# 2776829)
1. Open the attached test project
2. PIE with players set to 2
3. Pause the PIE session
The MeshBP in the viewport will continue to shake for the duration of the timeline (10 seconds)
