Description

If a project created in a source build of the engine is converted to the source version of 4.10, the project will not compile with a "Missing UE4Game binary" message.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new blueprint project in 4.9 source built engine version
  2. After the project is created/opened, close the project and open 4.10 source
  3. Create a copy of the project to open in 4.10
  4. Once the project opens go to File->Package Project->Windows-> Win-64

Result:
Package will fail with missing UE4Game binary.
