In Persona, while in Local Space mode, translation arrows will not become highlighted when hovered over if they are obscured by the widget and attached static mesh, thus making them unselectable.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the following project: [Link Removed]
  2. Open UE4_Mannequin_Skeleton in Persona
  3. Select: thigh_lSocket and zoom in to examine in Persona
  4. IMPORTANT: In order to reproduce this but you must be zoomed in as illustrated in the image and the socket must have a static mesh attached and you must have Local Space selected
  5. Try selecting grayed-out translation arrows that are obscured by both the widget and attached static mesh

RESULT: Translation Arrows are not selectable in Local Space when obscured by widget and static mesh
EXPECTED: Translation Arrows to be equally selectable in both Local and World space regardless of being obscured by widget and static mesh
