When importing FBX files using the Interchange and legacy import with Force Front X Axis enabled, the transforms of the bones in the imported FBX models will not match.
1) Import the attached FBX,
2) Once with Interchange on, do not forget to turn on Force Front X Axis
2) Once with Legacy, do not forget to turn on Force Front X Axis
3) Open the skeletal mesh
4) Select the joint 1 and look at the coordinate gizmo orientation
