Description

If the user turns down the Resolution scale, plays in editor, and then ejects from the currently controlled pawn The actors in the scene will be hard to click on because they appear to be offset from where they are shown.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Add a Sphere to the scene
  3. Set the Resolution scale to %50
Settings > Engine Scalability > Resolution scale
  4. Play in Editor
  5. Eject from the from the current player
  6. Try to click the sphere
  7. Notice the sphere cannot be clicked when clicking where the sphere is shown

Expected: The Resolution scale would not affect how objects are interacted with when ejected during PIE
Result: Changing the Resolution scale will effectively offset all actors when it comes to trying to interact with them
