Are Ray Ttraced Distance Field Soft Shadows supported on OpenGL ES3.1 + Android Extension Pack platforms like the Shield Tablet or Shield Console?

Since the ES3.1+AEP platform supports deferred rendering, I think a large portion of the desktop rendering features already work on it, but testing today in 4.10, the RTDFS shadows show up in the editor, but not on device. I was testing on a Shield Tablet.
