Difference in force on an actor on a client in a dedicated server scenario between PIE and Standalone.
Tested in 4.10 and 4.11.
Test project attached.
1. Open attached project
2. PIE in Dedicated Server mode
3. Quit PIE
4. Run project in standalone with -server flag
5. Run project in standalone with -game flag
6. Connect to server from client with open 127.0.0.1 console command
Result: Pawn appears to be receiving twice as much force in standalone as it is in PIE
Expected: Results seen in PIE and Standalone would be identical.

Delay nodes occasionally don't fire the "Completed" output in a nativized build
