Description

When using OpenGL4, any asset using a material with tessellation will appear untextured in a packaged version of the project.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4Editor (new blank project)
  2. Create new Material asset with the following settings:
    a) In the Material Attributes set Tessellation to PNTriangles
    b) Set a value of 3 into the Tessellation Multipler
    c) Back in Material Attributes, set the material to wireframe
  3. Compile Material and apply to one of the chairs in the default scene
  4. Save and package the project
  5. Run packaged project with "-opengl4" argument

Result:
The chair appears untextured rather than as a wireframe
