Can't sync referenced assets while the editor is open.
If an asset file is checked out / edited in source control and checked back in, others will see the yellow exclamation mark to indicate that there is an update to the asset but choosing to sync does not apply those updates until the editor restarts
Result:
Sync completes however the changes from machine 1 do not appear on machine 2
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
