Description

Each time the editor opens a project, the INIalt text file changes, adding 10 pixels to the width and height of floating sub windows, thus negating the usefulness of the "Save Layout" feature.

*Observe floating windows in the attached images. View in numeric order.

Regression: This did not occur in previous versions of the engine

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Unreal Engine 4.10.1 from the Launcher
2. On a two monitor station arrange free floating menu windows so that they are about ten pixels apart on 1st monitor
3. On the second monitor, maximize the Main editor window that contains the viewport and World Settings
4. Select: Window/Save Layout
5. Close project
6. Reopen project
RESULT: Floating submenus' Width and Height increased by 10 pixels *This will continue each time the project is opened.
EXPECTED: Floating submenus to remain the same size
