When deleting and replacing the atmospheric fog with another atmospheric fog there will be a noticeable artifact near the sun disc from the SkySphere.

Tested in 4.11 stream CL-2811790
1. Open UE4
2. Open New Default Level
3. Delete Atmospheric Fog
4. Add Atmospheric Fog from Modes Panel
5. Look towards Light Sources Sun Disc on the SkySphere BP
Results: Noticeable artifact near the sun disc on the sky sphere.
Expected: Atmospheric Fog will not produce any noticeable artifacts
Regression: Yes
