Description

If a player places multiple player starts into a level and rotates them the server will be rotated as expected when spawning in, however the following clients that spawn in will not be rotated.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a blank project
  2. Add additional player starts to the level
  3. Rotate the player starts so that the player will be looking down when they spawn in
  4. Play in editor with multiple clients
  5. Notice that the player on the client spawns in facing straight ahead while the server is looking down

Expected: The Client would be rotated when spawning in
Result: The client is not rotated to match the player start when spawning in
