Description

After creating a component blueprint (tested with SceneComponent / ActorComponent) the blueprint cannot be reparented to a custom classed inherited from ActorComponent. This seems inconsistent since the same blueprint can be reparented to ActorComponent directly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor
  2. Add code to project based on ActorComponent (MyActorComp)
  3. Add Blueprint base on (SceneCompBP)
  4. Open SceneCompBP and navigate to File->Reparent Blueprint

Result:
MyActorComp is not in the list of available classes to reparent to.
