1. create a BP Actor
2. add a static mesh comp in BP actor, set static mesh to cube
3. drag this BP actor to level and drag a Navmesh bound volume contain the cube and plane
4, in editor first choose actor then choose comp of cube in detail panel
5. then drag the comp to change the relative location then choose back to actor, you will find something wrong of navmesh in viewport (problem 1)
6. always drag the comp like up said then Ctrl + z in editor, will find something wrong of navmesh in viewport of Undo/Redo operation
