Description

When you are dragging and dropping an Emitter Type Module from one Emitter Stack into another and you have closed modules in your particle system, the type data module will be offset from your mouse pointer by the space normally taken up by the closed emitters.

See Attached Movie for Demonstration

Also reproduce in 4.11 Preview 2 and Dev-Rendering CL-2822902

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a New Blank Project with No Starter Content
  2. Create a New Particle System
  3. Add 4 New Emitters
  4. Assign the Mesh or GPU Type Data to the last Emitter in the Particle system (far right)
  5. Close / Minimize the 2nd and 3rd Emitter Stack
  6. Drag and Drop the Mesh Data from Last Stack to the 4th Stack

RESULTS: When Dragging the Type data, the module appears offset by the equivalent distance of the closed / minimized stacks

EXPECTED: No Offset occurs when moving
