On the Nvidia Shield (portable with the controller attached) if you have a dynamic directional light and at least one dynamic point light no lights will be rendered in the level. Or even just using a Movable Point light will not render everything black disregarding any emissive materials even.

I could only get this on the Nvidia Shield and not other Android devices.

This is not working wth 4.10 and 4.11 that I've tested. 4.12 was

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4 with any project
2. Set the directional light to be movable
3. Add a point light that is movable
4. Launch on or package for NV Shield

Results: No dynamic lighting will be rendered.

Expected:The lighting should be visible
