Load a 2 player networked game using a dedicated server (PIE is fine).
Have one player look up and down very slowly (most noticeable using a character that is holding a gun or aiming)
Observe that the motion of another player goes through blocky changes as the pitch angle changes (limited to 1.4 degree changes by the old code).
New change should make that much smoother (hundredths of a degree of precision).
