The slider handle in UMG is clipping at 0 and 1

If the user sets the value on the slider to 0 or 1 the handle will clip as it appears to go too far to either side.

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add a slider
4. Set the value to 0 then to 0.5 and finally set the value to 1
5. Notice that on 0 and 1 the handle is clipped half way

Expected: The handle would stop be for clipping
Result: The handle clips at 0 and 1
