Description

Circular throbber does not appear to change colors when changing the tint

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create new widget blueprint
  3. Add a circular throbber widget to the designer tab
  4. Change the tint value for the Circular throbber widget
  5. Notice the color of the widget does not appear to change

Expected: The color of the widget would match that of the color that was chosen
Result: The widget does not appear to change colors
