Description

If the user enables the Web browser widget and tries to use a custom pointer their custom mouse will appear, however it will be accompanied by a pointer hand.

Additional information: Once the custom cursor has hovered over a web browser and the hand has appeared will continue to appear with the custom cursor until the plugin has been disabled (even if there are no web browsers being added to the screen).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Enable the Web browser plug in
  3. Create a new widget blueprint (name it Browser test)
  4. Add a web browser to the designer tab
  5. Navigate to the event graph and create the blueprint in the attached image
  6. Save and compile
  7. Create a new widget blueprint (Name it CustomCursor)
  8. Add an image to the top left corner
  9. Set the canvas size to 20 by 20
  10. Save and compile
  11. Set the widget blueprint CustomCursor as the default mouse for all cursor settings
  12. Add the widget browser test to the viewport via the level blueprint
  13. Set show mouse to true
  14. Play in Editor
  15. Notice that when you hover over the web browser widget that your cursor is now accompanied by a pointer hand

Expected: No other cursors would show up with the exception of the custom cursor that was just created
Result: A pointer hand appears over the custom cursor
